The goal is to enhance the client’s understanding of their eligibility and identify potential next steps. While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, clients should always refer to the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website as the official source. The consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. While cancellations are not permitted, clients may reschedule if necessary. However, failure to reschedule and attend the session will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee. If the client signs a service agreement with Iblinka Immigration Services within one week of the consultation, the consultation fee will be credited toward the new agreement. This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between the client and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Ruhollah Keshvardoost Jobaneh, membership number R706773. This agreement outlines the provision of immigration consultation services under the regulations of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, the regulatory authority for immigration consultants in Canada. Under the terms of this agreement, RCIC Jobaneh will provide a one-time consultation service through Zoom. The client is responsible for joining the session using a link provided via email by RCIC Jobaneh. The purpose of this consultation is to review the client's information and questions, offering a preliminary analysis of their situation regarding an immigration program or issue. The consultation aims to clarify the client's eligibility and recommend subsequent actions. This service is limited to a 40-minute session, designed to deliver accurate, up-to-date information. However, the client should consider the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website as the primary source of information, acknowledging that discrepancies may occur. The client must pay the consultation fee upon booking and is expected to join the Zoom call at the scheduled time. There is no option to reschedule, and missed appointments result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee without the possibility of a refund. Should the client sign a flat fee or retainer agreement with Iblinka Immigration Services within one week following the consultation, the initial consultation fee may be credited towards that agreement. It's important to note that this credit applies only to the first consultation if multiple sessions are booked. RCIC Jobaneh guarantees confidentiality, promising not to disclose any client information shared during the consultation, except as required by law. Additionally, the RCIC disclaims any liability for outcomes resulting from changes in IRCC policies.
