British Columbia held a new targeted BC Provincial Nominee Program Skills Immigration invitation round on September 10, 2026. The official WelcomeBC results show separate selection thresholds and invitation counts for childcare, health, veterinary care and construction occupations.

September 10 BC PNP draw results

Care: Childcare — 182 invitations at a minimum score of 99. Care: Health — 143 invitations at a minimum score of 76. Care: Veterinary Care — fewer than 5 invitations at a minimum score of 90, with the official table also noting animal health technologists and veterinary technicians (NOC 32104) with valid professional designation. Build: Construction Trades — 104 invitations at a minimum score of 94.

What changed from the previous targeted round

Compared with the August 6 targeted Care and Build round, the childcare threshold decreased from 102 to 99 and the health threshold decreased from 84 to 76, while the construction threshold increased from 88 to 94. Childcare invitations were nearly unchanged at 182 versus 183, health invitations increased to 143 from 124, and construction invitations fell to 104 from 187. These are occupation-specific selection thresholds, not one province-wide BC PNP cut-off.

What to watch next

Recent BC PNP activity continues to alternate between targeted worker selections and other program activity such as high-economic-impact and entrepreneur invitations. The September 10 results reinforce the province’s emphasis on care and construction occupations, but future selection factors, scores and timing can change. Past rounds are useful context, not a guarantee of the next invitation type or threshold.
