Ontario OINP Draw: 2,156 Regional Employer Job Offer Invitations — April 23, 2026

On April 23, 2026, Ontario conducted several regional OINP invitation rounds for candidates who could qualify under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, International Student or In-Demand Skills streams. Across the four regional rounds, 2,156 invitations were issued.

Northern Ontario: 303 invitations.

Southwestern Ontario: 886 invitations.

Central Ontario excluding the GTA: 428 invitations.

The rounds covered Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker, International Student and In-Demand Skills candidates, with stream- and region-specific score and occupation requirements.

What this means

The April 23 selections were highly targeted.
