1. What is included in the Document Review Package? The package includes four virtual review sessions of up to 40 minutes each with a licensed RCIC. During these scheduled sessions, we review your completed application forms, supporting documents, and overall application package, provide recommendations, answer your questions, and help prepare your application for submission to IRCC.
2. What types of immigration applications can you review? 3. Is this service for people who are preparing their own application? Yes. This package is designed for applicants who are preparing and submitting their own immigration application but would like a licensed RCIC to review their work before submission.
4. Will you complete my application forms for me? No. This service is a review service, not a full representation service. You are responsible for preparing your application and supporting documents. During the review sessions, we identify issues, answer questions, and provide recommendations to help strengthen your application.
5. Are all reviews and recommendations provided during the scheduled sessions? Yes. All reviews, recommendations, document assessments, and questions are addressed during your four scheduled review sessions. This package does not include work performed outside those scheduled appointments unless specifically agreed upon.
6. Do you communicate with IRCC on my behalf? No. This package does not include communication with IRCC, submission of your application, or legal representation. If you require representation, we offer separate full-service packages.
7. Can I upgrade to full representation later? Absolutely. If, during the review process, you decide that you would like us to prepare or represent your application, you may upgrade to one of our full-service representation packages. Any upgrade is subject to a separate retainer agreement and fees.
8. How long do I have to use my four review sessions? Your four review sessions may be used at any time within 12 months of the date of purchase. This gives you flexibility to work on your application at your own pace while still receiving professional guidance when you need it.
9. What should I prepare before my first review session? To make the most of your appointment, you should prepare: Your completed or partially completed application forms Supporting documents Draft letters or explanations (if applicable) A list of questions or concerns you would like to discuss The more complete your application is, the more productive your review sessions will be.
10. What if I need more than four review sessions? If additional review sessions are required, they may be booked separately at our standard consultation rate or you may choose to upgrade to one of our more comprehensive immigration services, depending on your needs.
